TO GET THERE

Take the road 440 E direction Ste-Anne de Beaupré just before Chutes Montmorency take the bridge for ile d'orléans. After passing the bridge go up the hill till one hit the light. Keep going straight at the light for 16 km. Our chalets are on the left. Accross the street from the Restaurant Café Bistro de la Plage.

RENTING POLICY

Deposit required: 50% of the total amount of the  location. Payments mode available are check or paypal. The balance must be paid 10 days before the official renting date. If the reservation is made les than a month before the reservation , the total amount should be paid.         

Cancellation : Refund will be made only if it's 90 days before the chek-in date, but administration fees of $150.00 will be charge. The deposit will be lost in any other situation.  All modifications must be made at least 21 days before the chek in date.

Chek in/out : between 1 pm. and 4 pm. On the chek in day, we are asking one to get in touch with us to let us know at what time we can expect one to arrive. the check out must be made for 11 am.

Earlier check out : No refund or discount will be given for a early departure or late arrival.

Cottage not available: In case that a cottage is not available for some reason, we will accomadate one with an equivalent cottage or will refund the total amount paid.

Inventory & statut : At each arrival and departures, the inventory of the cottages are made to make sure everithing is under good condition. The person in charge of  the location will be held responsable for any stolen or broken objects, and also held responsible for the house keeping issues.

BBQ & Fire place : All cottages have propane-gas barecue grills and campfire space. The woods are not included in the rental price.

Occupation : The number of people made for the reservation must be respected. An additional fee will be provided in other case.
