Deposit required 50% of the total amount of the location. Add tx hébergement 3,5%, TPS 5% and TVQ 9,975%. The balance must be paid 30 days before the official renting date. During holiday you must book for 3 nights minimum. The balance must be paid one month before your arrival. You have to pay the deposit by electronic payment or by credit card add 4% fee. At your arrival deposit 500$ will be required in case of damage at the property/ household surplus or non respect of policy. Provide fee per visitor to spend the day and for the night 75$+tx.
Arrival time is possible at 16hrs and departure 11hrs. The day before your arrival let me know your arrival time, somebody will wait for you.
The number of guest made for the reservation must be respected. An additional fee will be provided for visitor or for sleeping.
